Jewels & Shoes {A Girls' Best Friends!}

We've been seeing a lot of metal on shoe action these past few seasons. Whether it's studs/spike embellishments or shiny metal toes- I love them all {or most}! Shiny metal on your shoes... what's not to love!
The question is: How do you wear jewelry with metal embellished shoes? Some people say that they tone down their jewelry or don't wear any at all for the fear of "too much" or don't want the metals to clash. It really is a personal preference but I love a good mix metal layering look! I say less is NOT always more...
Here are some looks I put together to demonstrate layering metal on metal:

Look #1 // Metal Toes: Dress simple to highlight your jewels. Mix different colored metals {Silver/Gold/Pink/Black} to balance the outfit. Stack multiple rings, knuckle rings and midi rings on one hand and just the hand-harness on the other. If you prefer a more delicate look, try stacking multiple thin bands on your fingers- check out our dip-V ring, Floating Spark Ring and various other thin stackable rings. I love layering necklaces, try layering a short necklace with a longer one- it will stand out nicely against a plain tee.

Look #2 // Studded: I've been swooning over a pair of these colored Valentino's for Spring/Summer. I love the idea of a very "sharp" look- pairing these gorgeous shoes with jewelry that are super spare, clean and architectural.
